Terms and Conditions
1. Scope / General
www.stellini.ch is the online shop of Digital Revolution GmbH. These general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as T&Cs) apply to all services provided by www.stellini.ch. The offer of www.stellini.ch is limited to the geographical area of Switzerland, Germany and Austria. By placing an order, the customer expressly agrees to these general terms and conditions, which apply to all services of the online shop (www.stellini.ch) of Digital Revolution GmbH. Digital Revolution GmbH can change the T&Cs applicable to www.stellini.ch at any time. Such changes come into effect immediately upon their publication.
2. Products and offers
The complete offer on www.stellini.ch is non-binding. Digital Revolution GmbH is careful to provide correct product descriptions, but these may differ from the manufacturer's description. Digital Revolution GmbH assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of these descriptions.
3. Prices
The product prices stated on Stellini.ch at the time the customer places their order are binding. If there is an error in the price information, digital Revolution GmbH reserves the right to make price adjustments retrospectively. In this case, the customer will be informed of this fact and can withdraw from the purchase within the deadline set by digital Revolution GmbH. All prices are in Swiss francs including VAT and exclusive of shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. The products are usually shipped with our shipping partners Swiss Post as Economy (CHF 5.90) or Priority (CHF 7.90; each including VAT). Shipping costs can vary depending on the order value and are to be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
4. Registration
Registration at www.stellini.ch is reserved exclusively for persons who are fully capable of acting. By placing an order, the customer guarantees that he is at least 18 years old, not incapacitated and capable of making judgments. There is no entitlement to admission to the online shop. The customer must provide the data required for registration completely and truthfully. The customer is responsible for updating his data.
5. Order / Conclusion of Contract
The customer's order is only binding when it has been confirmed by stellini via email. Stellini is free not to confirm an order without giving reasons. By placing an order, the customer confirms that all information provided is correct. If the customer's data is incorrect or incomplete, digital Revolution GmbH can withdraw from the contract. digital Revolution GmbH also has the right to withdraw if the products are not available from the manufacturer. In this case, digital Revolution GmbH will endeavor to find an alternative solution after consulting the customer. If the customer has no need for this, there are no further rights and obligations for either party to the contract.
6th delivery
If individual goods are not in stock, the time of dispatch may be delayed depending on the manufacturer's delivery times. Delivery times are always non-binding and delays in delivery do not under any circumstances give rise to claims for damages or the possibility of withdrawing from the contract by the customer. The customer is obliged to check the delivery immediately upon receipt and to return incorrect or defective deliveries to dreamhair AG within 14 days. All products not returned for these reasons will be invoiced. Stellini.ch only delivers to the geographical area of Switzerland, Germany, Austria and Liechtenstein.
7. Transfer of Risk
The risk is transferred to the customer as soon as the shipment has been handed over to the company carrying out the transport. If the shipment is delayed or becomes impossible through no fault of digital Revolution GmbH, the risk is transferred to the customer when the readiness for shipment is reported. Any agreement in individual cases for digital Revolution GmbH to assume the transport costs has no influence on the transfer of risk.
8. Payment methods
Customers pay using PayPal, credit card (Master, Visa and Diners Card), Postcard, TWINT or by invoice. The payment process is always carried out using secure SSL encryption technology.
9. Purchase on account with installment payment option (mf group)
As an external payment service provider, MF Group offers the payment method “purchase on account”. With the order invoice, you can easily pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you do not make a payment within the specified time frame, you will subsequently receive a monthly invoice with an order overview in the following month.
When the purchase contract is concluded, MF GROUP takes over the invoice claim and handles the corresponding payment terms. When purchasing on account, you accept the general terms and conditions of MF GROUP in addition to our general terms and conditions.
10. Quantity restriction
Digital Revolution GmbH reserves the right in any case to limit the delivery quantities for certain products.
11. Right of return / right of withdrawal
No right of return. Since we make our jewelry specially on request, Stellini does not grant a right of return.
If the jewelry is damaged upon delivery, we will of course replace the piece of jewelry. To do so, you can write us an email within 7 days of receipt at info@stellini.ch
The customer is always responsible for packaging the returned goods in a way that makes them suitable for transport. Damage/loss of goods due to improper packaging will be charged to the customer. If the customer hands the goods over to a transport company, the customer bears the risk for the safe transport of the goods. The risk is only transferred to digital Revolution GmbH when the goods arrive at digital Revolution GmbH.

11. Warranty
We offer a 2-year guarantee on our jewelry. In this case, the possibility of repair is checked first. Guarantee services are available exclusively to the customer and cannot be transferred. Damage resulting from improper handling, natural wear and tear or external influences for which the seller is not responsible is the responsibility of the customer and does not constitute a warranty claim.
13th period for giving notice of defects
Defects must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Otherwise, the goods are deemed to be flawless and accepted by the customer.
14. Transport damage
Transport damage must be reported in writing to both the Swiss Post/Quickpac and Digital Revolution GmbH within 5 days. The customer bears the risk of transport damage unless he can pass this on to the carrier.
15. Data Protection
The provisions of our privacy policy apply to data protection and form an integral part of these terms and conditions.
16. Liability
Digital Revolution GmbH excludes, to the extent permitted by law, any liability to the customer for damages and consequential damages (e.g. as a result of accidents and/or injuries sustained for products sold by Digital Revolution GmbH). In no case shall breach of contract, impossibility of performance, fault when concluding the contract or unlawful acts give rise to claims for damages or a right to withdraw from the contract.
17. Applicable Law/Jurisdiction
The contract is subject exclusively to the Swiss Code of Obligations and other norms enacted by Swiss law.
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes with Digital Revolution GmbH is – subject to different mandatory places of jurisdiction under federal law – Zurich, Switzerland.
