Returns - how it works

If you wish to return an item, please contact us by e-mail at info@stellini.ch to contact us. Please provide us with the following information so that we can process your return efficiently:

  1. Your order number
  2. The reason for the return
  3. Whether you want an exchange or a voucher

Please also enclose this information with the return shipment.

Important notes:
Items that have been personalized (e.g. with engraving), custom-made products and reduced products from the SALE, items purchased directly in the showroom are excluded from exchange and return.

Deadlines for returns

You have 14 days from the day on which the first delivery was attempted to inform us in writing (by e-mail or letter) about your return. We will then discuss the further procedure for the return with you.

Where do you send the goods back to?

Please send the return shipment by registered mail - exclusively with the buyer as the sender - to the following address:

Who pays the return shipping costs?

The costs for the return shipment are borne by you as the buyer.

No processing without registration

Returns that reach us without prior notification cannot be processed. Without your notification, we do not have the information as to whether you would like an exchange or a credit note. Such consignments will not be processed.

Returns without sender or order number

Please make sure that your name and order number are noted on your return. Without this information, we will not be able to correctly allocate or process the return.

Return of jewelry from our showroom

Products purchased directly in our showroom are considered a binding purchase. They cannot be returned or exchanged for money. Since you have seen and inspected the jewelry on site, the sale is final. Of course, in special cases we are happy to check individually whether we can accommodate you as a gesture of goodwill.
